At 600' of elevation, the view from the house is spectacular, reaching from Belmont Peak, St. John and St. Thomas to the West; Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Green Cay and Sandy Spit in the center; to Carrot Bay, Cane Garden Bay and the peak of Sage Mountain to the East.

                           

With its great location and spectacular views, Waveland is an oasis for your vacation needs.  The house is surrounded by lush flowers, mango, banana, papaya and more (help yourself to whatever is ripe).  Beautiful mahogany vented windows and doors stand open to let the Caribbean breeze flow through creating a wonderful open and outdoor feel throughout.  Waveland is convenient to the marinas, grocery stores and the most pristine beaches in the islands.  It also directly overlooks the surf break at Apple Bay and the Bomba Shack, which is infamous for its full moon parties.
